Strength. Speed. Flexibility. Power. Agility. Conditioning. These attributes are essential to the success of every elite athlete. The goal of our Elite Athletic Performance Camp is to dramatically improve these skills in each participant over the course of the five week program.
Workouts are conducted by USD’s highly qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches and contain the following elements: dynamic mobility and flexibility training, expert instruction in the major strength movements, core work, metabolic conditioning, speed, agility and plyometric training. Each workout will also end with advanced regeneration techniques (injury prevention).
These are the very same workouts followed by top collegiate and professional athletes everywhere. Five weeks of this intense physical training will definitely develop a better athlete.
