Elite Sports Performance Camp
2 Sessions Available: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri
Session 1: July 5-16
Session 2: July 19-30

Ages: 15-18 years

Location: USD Varsity Weight Room, Manchester Field

Cost: $250.00

Maximum Capacity: 20 athletes

It is essential for student-athletes competing in Fall sports to arrive at their first practice in peak condition. Athletes who attempt to get in shape during the initial sport practices are often injured and forced to struggle through the rest of the season. This camp will prepare athletes for the demands of their sport and give them a head start on the competition. Athletes will be coached through the workout by USD’s highly qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches. These workouts will consist of dynamic mobility and flexibility training, expert instruction in the major strength movements, core work, metabolic conditioning, speed, agility and plyometric training. Each workout will also incorporate advanced regeneration techniques (injury prevention).
