This camp is for competitive swimmers (ages 10-18) with at least one season of high school, summer league, or club experience. Campers should have basic proficiency in the four competitive strokes. Two daily pool sessions will emphasize stroke and skill development while maintaining fitness. The schedule will include daily-personalized videotape analysis, individualized stroke drills, starts, turns, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Fun activities will include snorkeling, bodysurfing and rough water swimming at La Jolla Cove.
