Masters Swim Camp


The Masters Swim Camp offers daily pool training sessions with an emphasis on all competitive strokes, plus turn & start skill development. A written individual stroke assessment will be provided. Dry land training will include body stabilization exercises, weight training introduction and injury prevention seminars.

  • Individual Training
  • Two workout sessions per day
  • Daily personalized videotape analysis
  • Rough water workouts at La Jolla Cove (only for week long camp)

Camp Schedule

July 2-7, 2017 

Day 1 3:00pm check-in at pool

4-5pm Camp introduction & review

Dinner (Resident Campers only)

Day 2-5 

Breakfast

9:00am -11:30am Lecture/pool workout/ drills & video tape

11:30-1:30 Lunch & relax

1:30-4:00pm lecture/pool workout/drills & video tape

4:00-6:30 Dinner & relax

6:30pm optional evening activity


Day 6
 

Breakfast

9:00 am lecture & camp wrap-up

11:30am lunch & camp checkout

Camp includes room & board, guest lectures, and several field trips to SD attractions
